You own it
Everything you put into Mnemora, your clients, files, invoices and notes, belongs to you. Not to us. You can take it with you whenever you like.
You can download it any time
One tap in Settings gives you a full copy of your data, plus your clients as a spreadsheet. Your files download from the Files page. Nothing is ever locked in or trapped.
It stays in Australia, encrypted
Your information is stored on secure servers in Sydney, encrypted while it travels and while it sits at rest.
Only your firm can see it
Each firm's data sits behind its own locked door. No other firm using Mnemora can ever see your records.
Nothing reaches a client without your yes
Mnemora drafts, organises and gets things ready, but every email or message to a client waits for you to approve it first.
The AI does not learn from your data
Mnemora uses Anthropic's Claude to do the thinking. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models.
You can delete it whenever you want
Ask us to remove your account and data at any time, and it is gone. No hoops, no waiting.
