Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Draft for review. This document is being finalised and will be checked by legal counsel before paying customers rely on it.

These terms are an agreement between you and Solven, the operator of Mnemora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Mnemora, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Mnemora.

The service

Mnemora is software that helps professional firms organise their clients, draft and send reminders, and work with an AI assistant. We may improve, change or add features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must give accurate information and be authorised to use any data you put into Mnemora.

Your data and your clients' data

You own the data you put into Mnemora, including your clients' information. You are responsible for having the right to hold and use that information and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to your firm. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and protect it as described on our Security page.

The AI assistant

The assistant helps you draft and organise, but it can make mistakes. It never sends anything to your clients on its own; anything client-facing is prepared as a draft for you to review and approve. You are responsible for checking what the assistant produces before you rely on it or send it. Mnemora does not provide legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mnemora to break the law, to send spam or unlawful messages, to upload harmful code, or to try to access other firms' data or disrupt the service.

Subscription, free trial and billing

Mnemora is offered on a subscription. When you sign up you get a free trial of 14 days with full access, and no card is required to start it.

After the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep using the paid features. Your data always remains available for you to view and export. Plans are billed in Australian dollars, monthly and in advance, and renew automatically each month until you cancel:

  • Founding plan. A discounted rate offered to a limited number of early firms, currently 49 dollars per month. While your subscription stays active without interruption, your founding rate stays locked.
  • Standard plan. Currently 99 dollars per month.

Prices are shown at checkout and are exclusive or inclusive of GST as indicated there. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your card details.

Our time-saved promise. If Mnemora does not save your firm real time in your first paid month, email us within that month and we will refund that month's payment. This applies to your first paid month only.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the billing area. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. Except for the promise above, payments already made are not refundable for partial periods.

Price changes. We may change standard pricing in future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice, and any change will apply only from your next renewal.

Availability

We work hard to keep Mnemora available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mnemora is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mnemora and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On closure, you may export your data first, and we will delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will let you know.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The exact state jurisdiction will be confirmed in the final version.
